Kính thưa cộng đoàn,
Theo hướng dẫn của TGM về hạn chế mới, các thánh lễ của giáo xứ vẫn được tổ chức như cũ.
Xin cộng đoàn tiếp tục đăng ký tham dự các thánh lễ cho Chúa nhật ngày 14-15/08/2021 như trước.
Cũng xin công đoàn tiếp tục đeo mask, như ý muốn của TGM, để phòng ngừa cho người chưa miễn nhiễm và trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi.

COVID-19 Update for Religious Services

New Measures at a Glance
Due to the recent surge of vaccination rates and a decrease of COVID-19 cases, the provincial government has moved to a Code Restricted Alert for all of Manitoba but with a loosening of some restrictions. The new restrictions come into effect on Saturday August 7, and will be maintained until September 7.
Therefore, the Archdiocese of Saint Boniface is issuing the following clarifications, having obtained updated information from the official government liaison to communities of faith during the COVID-19 pandemic, in coordination with the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg.
The changes or clarifications obtained by the Public Health Officer, Dr. Brent Roussin, and by the Provincial liaison person, affect churches in the following manner:
Capacity
- Indoor faith-based gatherings are now open to 50 per cent capacity, but no more than 150 people.
- Outdoor faith-based gatherings, including weddings, funerals, baptisms and receptions, are limited to 1,500 people.
Weddings, Funerals and Baptisms
- Indoors, weddings, funerals, prayer vigils for the deceased and baptisms are limited to 50 per cent capacity, but no more than 50 people.
- Outdoor weddings, funerals and receptions, are limited to 1,500 people. See above.
Masks
- Masks are strongly recommended in indoor public settings, in order to protect everyone who is not fully immunized, including children under 12.
- So as to be attentive to vulnerable people (people with pre-existing medical conditions, not fully vaccinated people), we very strongly recommend that masks are to be worn by pastors, deacons and extraordinary ministers of communion while distributing communion.
Choirs
- Choirs may resume their singing activities.
Please keep in mind that all health measures and protocols remain in effect.
